FaceRef Studio – App-Specific Privacy Notice

This section applies specifically to the FaceRef Studio application ("the App"), published by NAMSON Digital Company Limited ("NAMSON Digital," "we," "us"), and available on Android, iOS, Windows, and macOS platforms. 

 

No Personal Data Collection

FaceRef Studio does not collect, track, store, or share personal data. The App operates without user accounts, analytics, advertising networks, or tracking tools. FaceRef Studio does not access or store advertising or tracking identifiers, including Apple's IDFA, Android's Advertising ID (AAID), or equivalent identifiers on desktop platforms.

 

Local Device Storage

Custom in-app settings, such as lighting, model color, and viewing preferences, are stored locally on your device. This information is not transmitted to NAMSON Digital's servers. Local app data may be removed when you uninstall the App, depending on the behavior of your device's operating system.

 

Photo/File Access

The App may request permission to save screenshots or exports that you explicitly create within the App:
 

• On mobile platforms (iOS/Android): The App may request access to your photo library or gallery solely to save screenshots you create in the App.

• On desktop platforms (Windows/macOS): The App uses your operating system's native save dialog to write files to a location you choose.

 

In all cases, FaceRef Studio does not access, scan, upload, or export your existing photos or files.

 

In-App Purchases & Licensing

Purchases and licensing transactions are processed by the applicable platform provider or authorized distributor, such as the Apple App Store, Google Play, or the applicable desktop distribution platform. NAMSON Digital does not collect or store your payment card details, financial information, or billing address. Platform providers and authorized distributors may independently process purchase and account information in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

 

Children's Privacy

FaceRef Studio does not knowingly collect personal information from any user, including children.

 

Changes to This Notice

We may update this notice from time to time to reflect changes to the App or applicable law. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
